Write A Review Contest!
Your opinion is very important to us and we want you to share your experiences with others. Write a review on *Google or Yelp and you will be entered into a drawing to win either an Apple iPod nano, the newest Amazon Kindle, or Professional Teeth Whitening!
Official Rules:
Reviews must be posted on *Google's or Yelp's Advanced Dentistry page by November 30th, 2010. Only one entry per person (feel free to write reviews on both sites). The winner will be chosen by a random drawing December 1st, 2010. The winner will be notified by phone. The winner will select which one of the prize options he or she wants.
